Most orders are shipped via UPS. All items are shipped from the manufacturers warehouse directly to you. Shipping only applies to the 48 continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. If the item you ordered is not in stock we will notify you ASAP.

Note: Please carefully inspect your purchase immediately upon arrival for any damage or defects. You must keep original packaging until you have inspected your items and found them satisfactory.

Most orders ship from the warehouse within 7-10 business days, if not sooner. UPS usually takes up to 6 business days to deliver an order, depending on the distance. Most orders are delivered within two weeks, except during the holiday periods when shipping times can be longer. We cannot be held accountable for delays involving shipment handling by UPS. Order cancellations must be made within 1-2 hours from the time the order was placed, as our processing system works very quickly. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

Ventlessgelfuelfireplace.com is not responsible for any time guarantees in shipping, and we cannot and will not be responsible for any inconvenience or any monetary loss, penalty, or extra charge incurred by our customers should any delivery take longer than anticipated.

Any orders placed after December 15 cannot be guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas. In addition, orders placed before December 15 that have run out of stock cannot be guaranteed to be delivered by Christmas. Out of stock orders will be notified via email. We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays due to UPS handling of orders during the holiday rush season. Our warehouse will be shut down from December 22, 2008 until January 5, 2009. No orders will be shipped during this time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

All merchandise shipped is considered sold and non-returnable unless authorized via email by a Ventlessgelfuelfireplace.com Representative. Returns will be accepted only within 7 days after the shipment is delivered. All Returns must be sent freight pre-paid at the senders expense. Authorized non-defective returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and original shipping expense will NOT be refunded. All products must be shipped via UPS only and tracking number must be provided to Ventlessgelfuelfireplace.com. prior to product arrival. All returned merchandise must be in original purchased condition. If any of these steps above or below are not followed penalties will be accessed to your refund.

3. 3) Unit could not have been burned in. If there is indication of Burning or Sunjel is missing from the original order there will be a $150.00 Penalty. No exceptions. If UPS damages the product going to the customer - The customer must contact Ventlessgelfuelfireplace.com immediately to submit claim with UPS. If customer doesn’t give us the opportunity to file a claim and have investigation done of this damage, all penalties and 15% restocking fee will apply, No exceptions. A UPS claim can take up to 14 business days. Customer MUST wait patiently for UPS to do their job properly in order for appropriate refund to take place.
   
   

Dented Cans due to UPS Shipping are not returnable, replaceable, or refundable.

Tracking will be emailed to the email address you have provided us. All tracking begins with 1ZA236V6 We strive to provide tracking with all orders, but some circumstances may arise that prevent us from providing tracking information. Tracking from September 20th until our Christmas Shut down each year December 22nd will not be available for each order, due to the holiday rush.
